Asthma Management & Education©
This program designed to bring the clinician current information on pathophysiology of asthma and allergy; treatment methods; effective techniques for patient education; and ways to prevent asthma episodes. Program is $25. Nurses earn three (3) continuing education credits. RT's earn two (2) CRCE credits. Non-clinicians should also attend to get up-to-date asthma management guidelines. A light meal is provided.

Asthma Project - Detroit: Control Your Asthma with Propeller
If your child has asthma and is between 6 - 13 years old, and you live in zip code areas 48209, 48210, 48216 or 48217,
you may be interested in helping them get better control over the asthma.
This project is testing out the use of a special adapter that fits on the inhaler and can alert you to problem areas.
